Central Coast LGA#04

This image is from my series on the Central Coast, where I use a view camera to explore the lesser known parts of the coast.

Artist Statement (Central Coast LGA):My Central Coast Local LGA project started in 2020 as a response to the COVID-19 lockdowns when at one point everyone had to stay within 10km of home or within their Local Government Area (LGA). After living on the Central Coast for 10 years, I realised how vast and diverse our LGA was, and took the opportunity to explore the lesser-known parts of the coast.

Weekly outings with a large format view camera to new and interesting places became my escape and meditation. Six years later I still do my research, look at the map and get excited when I'm able to add images to this series.
